I sometimes get menthol filters for roll-ups and have used tubes that have menthol filters.<br /><br />Sold like that, without tobacco, they are not cigarettes.<br /><br />Therefore, menthol filters and menthol tubes won't be covered by the directive.<br /><br />Therefore I can carry on shredding leaf and making totally unregulated cigarettes for my own use, in any thickness or length I like, and more and more people will do the same. <br /><br />The tubing technique is certainly spreading. A year ago I could only get them on the Internet. Now they are in Tesco, Morrison's, Co-op and even Poundland. All of this - the tubing, grow-your-own, Electrofags - only came about because of the relentless spite of the antismokers.
