Had they not made such a big issue of hailing e-cigs as the most effective NRT quitting aid(thus putting themselves directly at odds with the much more powerful pharmaceutical industry), but rather promoted them merely as an alternative to cigarettes (thus pitting their products against the largely emasculated tobacco industry), perhaps they wouldn't have attracted this sort of regulation.<br /><br />The idea of banning the various flavours of e-liquid is really pointless posturing. One only needs access to the internet to be able to order whatever one needs from outside the EU, a fact they must surely be aware of.
